Are you an engaged person who wants to work with the overall governance of authorities? Are you good at seeing the big picture and quickly grasping complex tasks? As an authority administrator with us, you will take on a varied role at the center of events.

As an authority administrator, you will coordinate and be responsible for the governance of authorities within the unit's area of responsibility. This means working with budgets, forecasts, and appropriation letters, as well as analyzing authorities' operations, resource needs, and results. Governance also includes business development and coordination of processes within the authorities' assignments. It is expected that you will support other employees in the unit in your area of expertise and, if necessary, replace the budget coordinator. The tasks may also involve handling other issues within the unit. The work is sometimes characterized by a high pace.

Your background
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education and several years of experience working with governance issues in public operations. You have also worked with relevant IT systems for the position. Experience with budget and authority governance within the Government Offices is an advantage, as is knowledge of the unit's areas of operation and experience working in the IT system Hermes.
You need to be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.

This is a fixed-term position for approximately 12 months. Start date immediately or by agreement. The position is classified in a security class, and a security review with background check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen but are welcome to have a foreign background.
